We currently ship across Canada and the USA.
Our shipping rates are as follows :
- FREE shipping on orders over 100$ (check the FREE SHIPPING box at checkout)
- 10$ Flat Fee – Quebec
- 12$ Flat Fee – Canada
- 20$ Flat Fee – USA
*A flat fee means that you can order as many items as you want and still get the same flat rate, no matter how big your order is.
We will process your order as quickly as we can (usually within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment) and will let you know by email once your package has been sent.
Once your order leaves our studio, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.
Then, please allow a few days for your order to arrive, due to regular post delays.
All Canadian Orders are mailed via Canada Post – Expedited Parcel :
Quebec : 1-5 business days
Canada (outside of Quebec) : 2-7 business days
All US orders are mailed via Canada Post – Tracked Packet – USA. Please note that import duties, taxes and charges aren’t included in the product price or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracked Packet – United States via Canada Post : 4-8 business days

FREE LOCAL PICKUP (MONTREAL)
If you live in Montreal region and wish to save on shipping costs, you can pick up your order directly at our Outremont studio, free of charge. Simply select the “free local pickup” option at checkout, and we will get in touch with you to arrange an appointment.

If you live outside of North America and want to buy from the shop, send us an email at hello(at)thegreenlife.ca. Please specify the exact item(s) you’d like to buy, along with your shipping address and we’ll get a shipping quote for you.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
Please note that we don’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address, arrival at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address, or those held up due to international customs.
When your purchase leaves us, all items are in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us at hello(at)thegreenlife.ca within three days of the arrival your package for instructions. We ask that you include photos of the damaged items and packaging and keep all contents and packaging for insurance claim purposes.
The Green Life wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return your item, please email us at hello(at)thegreenlife.ca within 7 days of the reception of your package. *We don’t accept any returns requested after the 7-day delay.
