Pallarès Solsona Stainless Steel Kitchen Knife
This adorable everyday knife is an absolute favourite in our kitchen. It is very similar to the carbon steel kitchen knife, with the difference that it is made of a stainless steel blade. Stainless steel will require more frequent sharpening, but is easier to maintain than carbon steel. If you are looking for a knife that requires minimal care, this is the one. The blade will keep its sparkling clean look over time and will remain slick and rust-free.
Each blade is hand-fashioned from high-quality durable stainless steel, set with a kingwood or ebony handle, and stamped by hand.
