Fig, Tahini & Honey Overnight Oats

Fig, Tahini & Honey Overnight Oats

This no-cook overnight oat breakfast is wonderfully simple and a real life-saver for busy mornings. You’ll fall in love with the flavours of tahini, honey and fig combined together. The pistachios and dried rose petals on top are optional but so beautiful and delicious.

I like to use half rolled oats and half quick-cooking oats for my overnight oats and oatmeal, as I’ve found that this ratio gives the creamiest, dreamiest texture.

This recipe is very versatile, so feel free to swap figs for other fruits if they’re not in season, or use nut butter instead of the tahini. For a vegan version, sweeten with maple syrup.
