Adaptogenic Hazelnut Latté (Vegan)

  • ½ cup plant-based milk of your choice (I used homemade almond milk)
  • ⅓ cup brewed coffee or herbal coffee of your choice
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut butter (I highly recommend Prana's - see notes above)
  • Sweetener of your choice (1 date or 1 tsp pure maple syrup), or to taste
Adaptogens add-ins (optional, or use adaptogens of your choice)
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 1 tsp pine pollen powder
  1. Start by warming the milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Don't worry if it separates or curdle, it will be blended up in just a minute.
  2. Once warm, transfer to a blender along with the hot coffee, hazelnut butter, sweetener and adaptogens. Blend at high-speed until smooth and foamy. Taste and adjust for sweetness if needed.
  3. Pour in a mug and enjoy immediately.
